Short version: CrawlerLogs helps you monitor bot visits using a Cloudflare Worker or a JavaScript tracker. You remain responsible for how you deploy the product on your site and for your compliance obligations to your users and customers.
By accessing or using CrawlerLogs, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CrawlerLogs provides website bot tracking, classification, reporting, and related analytics. Depending on your setup, the service collects crawler visit events through a Cloudflare Worker, a JavaScript tracker, or both. The service is designed to capture a narrow bot event rather than store full general-purpose server logs.
You must provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your credentials, and use the service only for lawful business or operational purposes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You control whether and how CrawlerLogs is deployed on your properties. You are responsible for:
You agree not to:
Your crawl data remains yours. CrawlerLogs uses that data only to provide the service to you, including bot classification, dashboards, reports, exports, alerts, and related support. We do not sell your crawl data or use it for advertising.
CrawlerLogs is intentionally designed around minimal crawler event data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
CrawlerLogs offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Plan features, domain allowances, retention windows, and pricing may change over time, but changes will not retroactively alter an already-paid billing period.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
If you share suggestions, feedback, or ideas with us, we may use them without restriction or compensation to improve the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use the service in a way that is unlawful or abusive.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrawlerLogs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will appear on this page and continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
