CrawlerLogs is a crawl ledger (crawl intelligence), not visitor analytics. You connect a domain you control; we record accepted bot visits; you read them in the workspace.
Ingest stores four fields only: URL (query string stripped), IP, User-Agent, and Timestamp. We do not store request bodies, form data, authentication headers, full server logs, or Google Search Console OAuth as part of visit events.
You may use CrawlerLogs only on domains you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the Worker or JS tag you install, tokens, teammates you invite, and API/MCP keys you create.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or create risk for the service or others.
Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Free workspaces get unlimited domains with a rolling 7-day Feed and summary Bots/URLs (no full drill-down). Paid plans unlock longer retention and full Bots/URLs detail for upgraded domains. Pricing and packaging can change; material changes will be reflected on Pricing.
If billing is enabled, paid fees are charged through our payment processor (for example Stripe). Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except where we say otherwise.
You retain rights to your domains and the visit data generated for them. You grant CommaScale a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service.
CrawlerLogs, its software, branding, and documentation remain CommaScale property. Demo/sample rows are for product demonstration and are not your production data.
The service is provided as is and as available during soft launch. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete crawler coverage, or that verification labels are error-free.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CommaScale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions you make based on crawl data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for CrawlerLogs in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).
You will defend and hold CommaScale harmless from claims arising from domains you attach without authorization, misuse of ingest/API keys, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the State of Delaware have exclusive venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Privacy details live on Privacy.
