That is why the Worker should lead the product story. It gives the cleanest collection path and the strongest visibility because it sees every request that touches the domain.
Not every site is on Cloudflare, and not every team can move infrastructure decisions quickly. That is where the JavaScript tracker matters. It is not as complete as the Worker, but it is much more useful than having no bot visibility at all.
For teams outside Cloudflare, the JS tracker gives a practical way to observe Google, Bing, and some of the more common AI-oriented crawlers that execute or expose themselves through that path. It is the “get started now” option, while the Worker remains the ideal state.
